Program Freezes or Does Not Respond
If Bridge Coach 'freezes' or does not respond to your mouse clicks you will have to close it, you can do this using the 'Task Manager' on your PC. The following instructions apply to Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and XP Operating Systems.
Step 1.
To open the 'Task Manager' - on your keyboard, hold down the Ctrl + Alt buttons and press Delete at the same time. Alternatively, you can 'right click' on the Task Bar at the bottom of your screen and select 'Task Manager' from the pop-up list that appears.
Step 2.
In the box that appears on your screen, click the Task Manager button.
Step 3.
The Bridge Coach program that you are using will be at the top of the list of programs running on your PC. Highlight the program name by clicking on it and then click on the 'End Task button at the bottom of the box. See the image below.
Another box will appear asking you if you want to 'End Program' click on the 'End Now' button and your program should close. Repeat the process above if necessary, to close the program.
